I. Cutter-Related Faults
1. Blade dullness or wear
Solution: Replace the blade promptly and regularly check the blade sharpness.
Rewinding slitting machine paper roll not cut: Check if the blade is intact, and replace the upper blade air cylinder to ensure tight contact with the lower blade.
2. Cutter offset or looseness
Solution: Adjust the cutter position and tighten the screws, and clean any blockages in the blade groove.
II. Abnormal Rewinding Problems
1. Uneven or skewed rewinding
Cause: Incorrect paper core inner diameter or improper rewinding tension.
Solution: Replace with a suitable paper core, use a rewinding pressure roller to increase stability; adjust the rewinding tension to be even and stable.
2. Rewinding deviation
Cause: Improper tension control or excessively rapid changes in slitting speed.
Solution: Adjust the tension according to the material characteristics, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness; the acceleration time is recommended to be set to 120 seconds, and deceleration to 80 seconds.
III. Longitudinal Stripes and Surface Defects
1. Longitudinal stripes
Cause: Excessive tension, non-parallel guide rollers, or uneven film thickness.
Solution: Reduce the operating tension of the equipment, adjust the parallelism of the guide rollers, and improve the uniformity of the film.
2. Surface bulging or foreign matter
Cause: Excessive contact pressure or poor environmental hygiene.
Solution: Control the contact pressure and optimize the environment to reduce dust pollution.
IV. Edge Guiding System Failure
Cause: Damaged fuse, unadjusted parameters, or material not meeting requirements.
Solution: Replace the fuse, adjust the parameters according to the edge guiding system instructions, and ensure the material meets the requirements.
V. Functional Faults
1. Inaccurate meter counting
Solution: Calibrate the contact between the meter counting wheel and the feeding roller, and manually verify the meter counting wheel markings.
2. Main motor not rotating
Solution: Check the emergency stop button, three-phase power supply, and frequency converter start switch. VI. Other Faults
Winding support bracket abnormal: Check the status of the bracket locking cylinder switch and proximity switch.
Air shaft malfunction: Check for loose fixing screws, damaged air bladder, or air leakage from the air nozzle.
