Clean electrical components and keep them dry and clean.
Out-of-use maintenance:
If the equipment is not used for a long time, the bright surface needs to be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a plastic cover.
If it is out of use for more than 3 months, moisture-proof paper should be covered on the anti-rust oil.
Cleaning after work:
After each work is completed, clean the equipment carefully, wipe the exposed friction surface, and add lubricating oil.
2. Professional maintenance
Tool maintenance:
Regularly check the wear of the tool, and replace or sharpen the tool with severe wear in time.
Use high-quality longitudinal cutting knives and cross-cutting knives to ensure cutting quality and efficiency.
Electrical system inspection:
Regularly check electrical components, such as wires, plugs, switches, etc., to ensure that there is no damage and short circuit.
Ensure that the equipment is well grounded to reduce static electricity accumulation.
Maintenance of sliding and rolling parts:
Regularly lubricate sliding parts to ensure that they are in good condition.
Regularly check the rolling parts, especially the wearing parts, which need to be monitored and recorded in real time.
3. Regular maintenance plan
Develop a maintenance plan:
Develop a reasonable maintenance schedule based on the frequency of use of the equipment and the working environment.
Including lubrication, tool replacement, electrical system inspection and cleaning.
Replacement cycle of wearing parts:
Blades: Usually need to be replaced after about 200 hours of use.
Drive belt/chain: It is recommended to check once every 6 months to 1 year, and shorten the cycle when used frequently.
Bearings: It is recommended to check once every 5000 to 10000 hours.
4. Personnel training and operating specifications
Technical training:
Improve the technical quality of operators and ensure that they are familiar with the operating specifications and safety precautions of the equipment.
