1.Rewinding tension

Winding motor drive is the main way to realize winding tension. The process of generating the winding tension is as follows. The working current drives the winding motor to operate normally. The winding motor drives the winding core to move. The new speed generated during the movement is relatively large compared with the linear speed of the driving roller. In this case, you can control the rotary button of the motor to set the tension in a reasonable range. When the tension is set properly, the film web will be pulled closer, thereby realizing the winding process. Rewinding tension is part of the tension of the film slitter, and there is also unwinding tension. The two tensions interact to ensure that the web is in equilibrium.


2.Rewinding pressure

The air pressure of the cylinder acts on the take-up roll, and the roll holder uses its lever principle to push the film roll to bear a certain pressure. With the rotation of the winding motor, the air between the film web layer and the layer can be removed by the pressure roller, which improves the adhesion between the films. In this way, the rewinding tension and rewinding density are matched with each other. The combination of the two makes the rewinding hardness reach the standard, thereby ensuring the flatness of the film surface, improving the film surface quality, and facilitating long-term storage. The reeling hardness is generally 93-97 Shore, and the hardness of the film that needs to be stored for a long time is less than 93, which has reached the condition of long-term storage [1]. The linear curve can control tension and pressure. The micro-circuit control system of the slitting machine also adjusts the pressure control valve under the established curve trend to automatically control the pressure. Among them, the rewinding pressure is different in different slitting width, slitting speed, rewinding diameter, material thickness, etc., and the rewinding pressure of different parts is superimposed to form a comprehensive tensioning pressure.
