Film slitting machine integrated unwinding and separate unwinding

The integrated unwinding mechanism is an independent module installed on the main frame of the film slitting machine. It consists of wall panels on both sides, a connecting beam and two safety bearings used to install the unwinding reel. The unwinding frame can be moved horizontally left and right independently. Open the locking bolt and manually push it to the appropriate working position to lock it again. The hydraulic lifting mechanism can realize automatic unwinding.
The integrated unwinding device design can be used to unwind film parent roll materials of various diameters. The separate unwinder is a separate module connected to the main frame of the film slitter via a walkable walkway. It consists of wall panels on both sides, a fixed beam and two safety bearings used to fix the unwinding cycle.
The unwinding reel is driven by an AC servo motor and usually adopts a cantilever design to simplify loading and unloading operations. The running speed of the unwinding reel can be automatically adjusted as the film unwinding diameter decreases. The mother roll can also be picked up from the ground like a fork. The separate unwinding device is suitable for unwinding larger diameter film rolls.
