1. Lubrication System Maintenance
After cleaning, check the oil tank for sufficient lubricant. We recommend using 20# compressed air lubricant to keep it 70% full and the pressure between 6 and 7. Also, check that the water filter is draining properly to prevent water accumulation in the pipes, which could affect operation. Lubricate key components such as the support rod, press ring, and connecting rod front and rear shafts regularly to prevent seizure.
2. Workbench and Saw Blade Cleaning
After cleaning, thoroughly remove aluminum shavings from the work surface and saw blade feed, especially those that fly into the machine, to avoid the risk of short circuits. If the machine is equipped with a dust collector, check its functionality.
3. Duct and Cooling System Inspection
Check the ducts daily for damage and replace any damaged parts promptly. If using an oil spray cooling system, clean the nozzles regularly to prevent blockage and impaired cooling.
4. Electrical and Safety Protection
After cleaning, check the power switch and turn off the fuse for safety. Check the sensitivity of components such as guide rails and limit switches to prevent electrical failures caused by residual moisture after cleaning.
5. Regular Deep Maintenance
Check the tension of the drive system (such as belts and chains) weekly. Clean dust from the electrical control cabinet and inspect the wiring terminals monthly. If the equipment has not been used for an extended period, it is recommended to extend the preheating time to at least 10 minutes.
