I. Preparation Before Calibration
Confirm Sensor Parameters: First, check if the rated range, voltage, and current match.
Connect Equipment: Connect the sensor and data acquisition system, and adjust the amplification factor.
II. Calibration Steps
Zero-Point Calibration: Record the output value under no-load conditions as the zero calibration reference.
Sensitivity Calibration: Add a known weight (e.g., a 5kg weight), record the output value, and adjust the ratio.
Multi-Point Calibration: Select at least 2 points, 3 is recommended (e.g., 5kg, 25kg, 50kg), ensuring that the value at each subsequent point is greater than the value at the previous point.
III. Verification and Recording
After completing the calibration, verify the accuracy using a standard weight and record the parameters.
IV. Precautions
Wiring Check: Ensure the power supply voltage does not exceed the rated value.
Environmental Factors: Temperature changes may affect accuracy; temperature compensation is required.
Regular Maintenance: Recalibrate after long-term use.
