Cleaning steps
1. Disconnect the power supply:
Before cleaning the electrical part, always cut off the power supply and unplug the power plug.
Make sure the device is completely turned off to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. Clean external electrical parts:
Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the external electrical parts such as the electrical control box, switches, buttons, etc.
For dirty parts, you can use a slightly damp cloth to wipe, but make sure the cloth is moderately wet to avoid moisture from penetrating into the electrical parts.
3. Clean the internal electrical parts:
Open the electrical control box (if the device design allows), and use a clean soft brush or a blower to remove the internal dust.
For hard-to-reach corners, you can use a small vacuum cleaner (note to choose a low power gear) for vacuuming.
4. Check the electrical connection:
Check whether all wires and cables are loose or damaged, and ensure that the connection is firm.
Check whether the terminal is clean and wipe it with a clean cloth if necessary.
Clean the fan and heat dissipation components:
If the device has a fan or heat sink, make sure its surface is clean and free of dust accumulation.
Use a soft brush or a blower to clean the dust on the fan blades and heat sink.
5. Check after cleaning:
After cleaning, make sure all parts are properly installed and fixed.
Check whether the equipment has returned to normal operation.
Precautions
1. Avoid using flammable cleaning agents: Do not use flammable cleaning agents such as alcohol when cleaning to avoid fire or explosion.
2. Anti-static measures: Before touching electrical parts, it is recommended to take anti-static measures, such as touching the metal surface to release static electricity.
3. Regular cleaning: It is recommended to clean the electrical part once a month or quarterly. The specific frequency can be adjusted according to the use environment and frequency of use of the equipment.
4. Professional operation: If you are not familiar with the cleaning of the electrical part, it is recommended to ask a professional to operate it.
