3. Rewinding Quality: Uneven rewinding or wrinkled material is usually related to improper rewinding tension or an unsuitable paper core; adjust the tension or replace the paper core.
4. Meter Counting and Safety System: Inaccurate meter counting may be due to sensor malfunction or signal interference; check the relevant wiring. Failure of safety protection systems (such as emergency stop buttons and photoelectric sensors) can pose safety hazards; their functionality should be tested regularly.
5. Electrical System: Check the power supply for stability and for short circuits or poor connections, as these can affect the normal operation of the equipment.
In addition, routine maintenance includes cleaning the equipment, lubricating moving parts, and checking fasteners to prevent malfunctions. If the equipment exhibits abnormal vibrations or noises, it must be stopped immediately for inspection.
