1. Check the air pressure setting
Check the input air pressure: Make sure that the input air pressure reaches the rated value required by the equipment. Usually the air pressure requirement of the Aluminum foil cutting machine is around 0.6 MPa. If the air pressure is insufficient or too high, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment.
Check the pressure reducing valve: Make sure that the air filter pressure reducing valve is adjusted correctly, and the gauge pressure display should meet the cutting requirements.
2. Check the air pressure system components
Check the cylinder and pneumatic parts: Regularly check whether the cylinder, pneumatic valve and other parts have signs of wear or damage. If necessary, replace the damaged parts in time.
Check the air pipe: Check whether the air pipe is damaged, leaking or blocked. If damaged, replace the new air pipe immediately.
3. Maintain the air pressure system
Drain regularly: Check the water filter of the air pressure system to ensure that it can drain normally. If the water filter cannot drain automatically, it should be replaced in time.
Lubricate the pneumatic parts: Regularly check and lubricate the pneumatic parts, and use suitable air pressure grease to ensure smooth operation of the pneumatic system.
4. Check the pressure regulating valve
Install the pressure regulating valve: Installing a pressure regulating valve in the air pressure system can adjust the unstable air pressure to the pressure that meets the use requirements and keep the adjusted pressure stable. This helps to extend the service life of the pneumatic device and ensure that the quality of the product is not affected by cutting.
5. Regular testing and calibration
Test the air pressure system: Test the air pressure system regularly to ensure that it is within the normal working range. You can perform a pressurization test to check whether there is any leakage in various parts.
Calibrate the equipment: Calibrate the equipment regularly to ensure the accuracy and stability of the air pressure system.
