Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning work: After work every day, use a clean soft cloth or brush to remove dust, debris and oil from the surface of the automatic slitting machine, especially the slitting area, unwinding and rewinding device surface. Open the protective cover of the equipment regularly and use compressed air to blow away the dust and debris inside.
2. Lubrication maintenance: Regularly lubricate the transmission parts of the slitting machine (such as ball screws, linear guides, chains and gears, etc.). According to the frequency of use of the equipment and the working environment, generally add appropriate lubricating oil or grease once a week or every two weeks. At the same time, apply special tool lubricant to the slitting tool regularly.
3. Key component inspection: Check the wear of the tool before starting the machine every day, check whether the blade is sharp, whether there is a gap or chipping. Check whether the tension sensor is working properly and whether the surface is covered with dust or debris. Check the operation of the transmission parts to see if there is any jamming or creeping.
4. Electrical system maintenance: Regularly check the components in the electrical control cabinet, such as contactors, relays, fuses, etc., to see if they are loose, burnt or damaged. Regularly back up the control system parameters and programs of the automatic slitting machine to prevent data loss due to system failure.
Regular maintenance
1. Weekly maintenance: Check the sharpness of the cutter, clean the transmission system, and check the belt tension.
2. Monthly maintenance: Fully check the electrical connections, calibrate the tension control system, and check whether all fasteners are loose.
3. Quarterly maintenance: Replace worn parts, fully check the motor performance, clean and check the circuit board.
Other precautions
1. Power off before maintenance: Before performing any maintenance work, the power supply of the automatic slitting machine must be cut off to ensure that the equipment is in a stopped state and hang a warning sign.
2. Use appropriate tools: When performing equipment maintenance, use appropriate tools to avoid damage to the equipment caused by using inappropriate tools.
3. Follow the maintenance manual: Strictly follow the maintenance manual of the equipment for maintenance operations, and strictly implement the maintenance items, cycles and methods.
