Pre-Start Preparation
1. Equipment Inspection: Confirm that maintenance is complete, clean the work surface of debris, and check that instruments, air pressure, paper edge ducts, pulper, etc., are functioning normally.
2. Paper Core Inspection: Strictly select paper cores that meet size and strength standards, ensuring there is no delamination or rough edges at the ends.
Start-up and Paper Feeding
1. Equipment Startup: First, turn on the hydraulic pulper and paper edge fan, then press the crawler button to start the paper feed belt.
2. Paper Feeding Operation: Tear the paper web into an arrow shape, guide it from the operating side through the guide rollers and curved rollers, and enter the paper feed belt from below the slitter.
Operation and Monitoring
1. Rewinding Start: After issuing the start signal, gradually increase the speed, carefully observing the paper web tension and equipment operating status.
2. Safe Operation: Standing in front of the paper rolls is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to handle paper blockages or adjust the slitter while the machine is running. In case of any abnormality, the machine must be stopped immediately.
Shutdown and Maintenance
1. Shutdown: After rewinding, return the electromagnetic adjustment switch to zero and stop the motor.
2. Maintenance: Regularly inspect components such as photocells and rotary knives, keep the equipment clean, and promptly remove oil stains and damaged paper.
Special Reminders
1. Always concentrate during operation. Do not climb over safety railings or enter dangerous areas.
2. When using auxiliary equipment such as overhead cranes, strictly adhere to relevant safety regulations.
