1. Pre-operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection
Check that the mechanical and electrical systems are functioning properly, and confirm that protective devices (such as protective covers and emergency stop buttons) are intact. Test the machine by idling for one minute to observe smooth operation.
Material and Tool Preparation
The aluminum foil roll must be free of scratches and bubbles, and must rest snugly against the unwinder.
Check that the slitting blade is sharp, tighten the blade, and ensure there are no cracks or missing teeth.
Wear protective gear (goggles, gloves, etc.) and avoid loose clothing.
Parameter Setting
Adjust the slitting speed, tension, and cutting depth according to the material thickness, ensuring that the parameters match the characteristics of the aluminum foil. For fully automatic machines, enter data such as material length and target output via the touchscreen.
2. Operation Procedure
Startup and Commissioning
After powering on the machine, perform a servo zero reset and presser positioning to ensure the machine is in its initial state.
Manually test the X/Y axis movement to ensure normal movement and adjust the tool height and angle. Cutting Process
Maintain a constant feed speed to avoid material deformation or blade wear due to excessive speed.
Observe the cut quality. If burrs or misalignment occur, stop the machine immediately and adjust the tension or blade.
Do not touch moving parts or adjust parameters during operation.
Finishing Work
After cutting, turn off the power, clean the aluminum chips, and inspect the machine.
Record production data and regularly maintain gears, bearings, and other components.
III. Safety Precautions
Emergency Action: Immediately activate the emergency stop switch if any abnormal vibration, noise, or smoke is detected.
Operating Guidelines: Operate under the influence of alcohol. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from approaching the machine.
Maintenance Requirements: Regularly sharpen or replace the blade. Check the hydraulic/pneumatic system for leaks.
