How to Quickly Cool Down an Aluminum Foil Cutting Machine After Overheating?

Emergency Handling Steps
1. Immediately Shut Down and Disconnect Power
Press the red emergency stop button on the control panel to cut off the heating power. If the equipment does not respond, directly switch off the main power switch in the distribution box. Caution: Do not touch the furnace body directly to avoid burns from high temperatures.
2. Natural Cooling
Allow the equipment to cool naturally in a well-ventilated environment. Do not pour water or use compressed air for forced cooling to avoid deformation of components due to sudden temperature changes.
3. Safety Warning
Hang a "Do Not Energize" warning sign at the power switch to prevent accidental operation.
Troubleshooting and Recovery
1. Check the Cooling System: After the equipment has cooled down, check if the water chiller is operating normally, ensuring sufficient cooling water flow and stable water temperature (recommended low-temperature water setting: 22-26℃, high-temperature water: 30℃).
2. Clean the Heat Dissipation Channels: Regularly clean the equipment's heat dissipation vents and surrounding dust to prevent blockage and maintain efficient heat dissipation.
3. Verify Function: After restarting, perform a no-load test first, gradually increasing the temperature to the working temperature, and confirm that the equipment is running smoothly without abnormalities.
Preventive Measures
1. Install an Air-Conditioned Room: Build an air-conditioned room for the equipment to control the ambient temperature below 25℃ and humidity below 70%, avoiding condensation caused by high temperature and high humidity.
2. Regular Maintenance: Clean the air conditioner filter monthly and check the cooling water quality weekly to prevent scale buildup from affecting heat dissipation.
