1. Start
1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch, press the EMERCENCY STOP RESET and READY TO RUN buttons, turn on the MACHINE with the key to RUN (on the main console) and check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.
2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) to check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.
2. Setting control
1. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length, width, etc. arranged in the slitting schedule.
2. Lift the corresponding BOPP film file from the PDF.
3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.
4. Select the corresponding rewinding station, adjust the pressure roller arm and pressure roller, and install the paper core of the corresponding specification.
3. Feeding, film penetration and film bonding
1. Feeding: According to the requirements of the slitting plan, in accordance with the driving operation rules, and according to the actual situation, hang the corresponding parent rolls on the aging frame, and place them on the unwinding frame of the slitting machine according to the selected direction of the inside and outside of the corona surface. The control button clamps the steel core, leaves the steel core support arm and travels.
2. Film piercing: When there is no film on the slitting machine, it must be pierced. Using the film threading device and function key of the slitting machine, tie one end of the original film to the ring eye of the film threading chain, and activate the film threading button, so that the film is evenly distributed on each roller along the direction of the slitting process.
3. Film connection: When there is film on the slitting machine and the reel joint is changed, use the vacuum film connection table to start the film connection table to the working position, manually flatten the film on the pulling roller of the slitter and start the upper vacuum pump to suck the film , make the film evenly adsorbed on the film splicing table, paste the double-sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape, flatten the film on the unwinding rack and start the lower vacuum pump to make the film flat and adsorb, take off the tape on the paper Layer and smooth the adhesive film, the joints should be neat and wrinkle-free, then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps, and open the film connection table to the non-working position.
4. Start-up operation
1. Change the specifications, put the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and notify all personnel to leave the machine and prepare for operation when the pressure roller is in the running ready state.
2. Set the ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main console to AUTO, enable READY TO RUN, and start MACHINE RUN to start running.
5. Slitting control During the slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the operating slitting effect, and appropriately adjust and control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roller, edge material pulling roller, edge guide, etc.
6. Receiving
1. When the inner and outer ends are wound and the machine stops running, use the film unloading button to put the film on the prepared film unloading trolley, cut the film and stick the film roll with sealing glue.
2. Use the chuck release button to release the chuck, and check whether the paper core of each film roll leaves the paper core. If one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film roll.
3. After ensuring that all the films leave the chuck and put them on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and neatly attach the film to the paper core for the next slitting.
7. Parking
1. When the film roll runs to the set length, the equipment will automatically stop.
2. During the operation of the equipment, press MACHINE STOP to stop as needed.
3. When you need to stop quickly, press the MACHINE STOP key for more than 2S.
4. Press EMERGENCY STOP for emergency stop when there is an emergency such as equipment or man-made accident.
