1. Daily cleaning
After each use, clean the aluminum chips and dust on the surface and inside of the equipment to keep the equipment clean.
2. Check the blade
Regularly check the wear of the blade and replace the severely worn blade in time to ensure the cutting quality.
3. Lubrication and tightening
Regularly lubricate the guide rails, bearings and other parts of the equipment, and check whether the bolts and nuts are loose.
4. Check the electrical system
Regularly check the electrical circuit of the equipment to ensure that there is no short circuit or leakage.
5. Regular maintenance
Perform a comprehensive inspection of the equipment every week, including the hydraulic system, pneumatic system and cooling system.
