Our maintenance personnel will first use a multimeter to test whether the relevant circuit is short-circuited, then look at the electromagnetic clutch part, and then disassemble the electromagnetic clutch, remove floating dust, and clean until the tool returns to normal work.

(3) Use a flat screwdriver to connect the circuit to the position of the contactor, check the knife seat, and check whether the paper cutter can cut off and return to the normal position.
(4) Check and clean the electromagnetic safety bolts, and remove the electromagnetic safety bolts. At this time, you will find that there is grease, dirt, rust, etc. on the armature bracket.
(5) Use an appropriate amount of gasoline to clean and scrub the pressure springs, screws and armature seats of the bolts. (6) The printing paper can be cut normally during the power-on operation, and it is found to have a strong sense of rigidity.
