The slitter should only be maintained and maintained during the use of the equipment. Because the vibrating time of the slitting machine is too long during operation, various parts may become loose. In order for the slitter to work well, check the following questions within a certain period of time:
1. The transmission device of the slitting machine, such as the gear chain, needs to be filled with butter after a period of time.
2. Generally, there will be no problems with the slitting machine. Consumable parts are nothing more than small gears. If one is added, the printing knife is easy to break, and the wool roller will become thinner after a year and a half of use. It needs to be shipped back to the factory for refurbishment. For the embossing device of the steel roller of the slitting machine, if the embossing pattern needs to be replaced, the steel roller needs to be shipped back to the original factory for modification, and it will not cost much.
3. Pay attention to the stable voltage, otherwise it is easy to burn the motor; pay attention to hygiene, and do not let debris fall between the steel roller and the hair roller of the slitting machine.
