Types of ribbon slitting machines

1) Small ribbon slitting and rewinding machines. Generally, razor slitting is used, with a smaller slitting width and unwinding diameter. The width is generally within 500mm, and the unwinding diameter does not exceed 300mm. The slitting speed is low, not exceeding 200 meters/minute. The ribbon film drawing and film splicing process is usually done in manual mode on the TTR splicing table.
Equipped with 1″ air shaft or 1/2″ air shaft, it is more flexible in function. In addition to narrow slitting, it can also rewind long rolls of ribbon into short rolls and rewind 1″ core into 1/2″, which is suitable for slitting finished rolls of small and medium-sized ribbons.
2) Automatic TTR ribbon slitting machine. The effective slitting width is about 1000mm, and the unwinding diameter is generally not more than 800mm. The slitting speed does not exceed 500 meters/minute. The ribbon film drawing can be semi-automatic or fully automatic, and the TTR splicing table can save materials.
3) Equipped with 1″ air shaft or 1/2″ air shaft and high-precision adaptive tension control system based on film roll diameter speed. The overall modular design is easy to install and maintain, suitable for high-efficiency batch ribbon slitting applications.
