I. Cutting Blade Malfunction
Symptoms: Uneven cutting, incomplete cuts, sluggish blade oscillation.
Causes: Dull blade edge, misaligned blade shaft, loose fixing screws.
Solutions: Replace dull blades, adjust blade position and tighten screws, repair the oscillation mechanism.
II. Equipment Cannot Rotate Normally
Symptoms: Cannot start or rotates poorly.
Causes: Overload, inverter overcurrent, damaged gearbox gears.
Solutions: Restart the equipment, check and replace damaged gears.
III. Deviation Correction Device Malfunction
Symptoms: Material deviation.
Causes: Incorrect photoelectric sensor adjustment, unclear color difference.
Solutions: Readjust photoelectric sensor, improve color difference contrast.
IV. Rewinding/Unwinding Malfunction
Symptoms: Insufficient rewinding tension, unwinding arm unable to lift material.
Causes: Insufficient magnetic powder clutch output torque, abnormal air pressure system, problem with the arm bearing. Solutions:
V. Decreased Cutting Accuracy
Symptom: Cutting deviation.
Causes: Cutter wear, incorrect installation, improper clearance between the cutter and upper cutting roller.
Solution: Replace the cutter, adjust the cutter position and clearance.
VI. Excessive Machine Noise or Vibration
Symptom: Loud noise and noticeable vibration during operation.
Causes: Loose parts, internal foreign objects, or damage.
Solution: Tighten parts, clean or replace damaged parts.
VII. Electrical Failure
Symptom: Unable to start or electrical components malfunction.
Causes: Damaged switches, fuses, power supply, abnormal control system.
Solution: Replace damaged parts, debug or repair the control system.
VIII. Other Common Problems
Uneven winding: Replace the paper core, use a winding pressure roller.
Material lifting: Adjust the winding tension, use a pressure roller. Inaccurate meter counting: Adjust the meter wheel or replace the meter wheel.
