2. The raw materials are not good, and the cheap half-wood pulp shaft is used. Because there are more impurities, it is easy to stick to the paper during use.
The lifting mechanism of the rewinder should rise and fall smoothly, rise and fall in parallel, the bottom knife roll, the upper knife shaft should be parallel to the bottom roll, the distance to the bottom roll should be accurate, and the rotation should be flexible. After the rewinder is installed and calibrated to the level, carefully check whether the various parts are complete, whether the connecting bolts are tightly tightened, and whether the movable parts are flexible, and then fill the lubricating parts with corresponding lubricating oil.
