1. Preparation before starting
Check the equipment status: Make sure that all parts of the equipment are in good condition, check whether the tool is sharp, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the electrical system is stable.
Check the safety device: Confirm that the emergency stop button (EMERGENCY STOP) functions normally, and protective devices such as protective glasses and steel-toed boots are ready.
Check the voltage, air pressure and hydraulic pressure: Make sure that the voltage (380V), air pressure (not less than 6.0bar) and the hydraulic system oil level and pressure gauge display are correct and stable.
2. Loading and film penetration
Loading: According to the requirements of the slitting plan and the driving operation procedures, lift the mother roll to the unwinding rack and clamp the steel core with the control button.
Film penetration: When there is no film on the slitting machine, use the film penetration device and function key to tie one end of the original film to the film penetration chain eye, start the film penetration button, and make the film evenly distributed on each roller.
Film splicing: When there is film on the slitting machine and the roll joint is changed, the vacuum film splicing table is used to flatten the film and adhere it to ensure that the joint is neat and wrinkle-free.
3. Start the machine
Adjust parameters: Set the slitting menu according to the slitting plan, including film type, thickness, length, width and other parameters.
Notify personnel to leave: Ensure that all personnel leave the machine operation area to avoid personal injury.
Start the equipment: Set ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main operating table to AUTO, READY TO RUN, and start MACHINE RUN to start the machine.
4. Slitting control
Monitor the operating status: During the slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the slitting effect, and adjust and control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roller, edge material traction roller, guide edge, etc. appropriately.
Avoid contact with running parts: Do not touch the running film roll or roller core with your hands to avoid getting your hands involved and causing personal injury.
5. Rewinding
Stop: When the inner and outer ends are wound and the machine stops, use the unloading button to place the film on the prepared unloading trolley, cut the film and stick the film roll with sealing glue.
Check the film roll: Use the clamp release button to release the clamp, check whether the paper core of each film roll is off the paper core, if one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film roll.
6. Stop
Automatic stop: When the film roll runs to the set length, the equipment stops automatically.
Manual stop: During the operation of the equipment, press MACHINE STOP to stop as needed; when you need to stop quickly, press the MACHINE STOP key for more than 2 seconds.
Emergency stop: When an emergency occurs such as an equipment or man-made accident, press EMERGENCY STOP to stop the machine.
7. Precautions
Avoid scratching the equipment: During operation, do not scratch or cut the roller core with a knife or hard objects.
Regular equipment maintenance: Regular equipment maintenance and servicing, timely replacement of worn tools and parts, to avoid downtime due to equipment failure.
Operation training: Provide professional training for operators to ensure that they are familiar with the operating procedures and safety precautions.
