What are the structural components of the automatic slitting machine?

1. Unwinding part:
Usually composed of an unwinding frame and a tension control system. The unwinding frame is used to carry the roll of material to be slit, and the tension control system ensures that the material maintains a stable tension during the unwinding process to prevent the material from being loose or too tight.
Some advanced unwinding devices also have an automatic loading function, which can greatly improve production efficiency.
2. Slitting part:
The core components include knives and knife holders. The quality and sharpness of the knives directly affect the effect and accuracy of slitting. Common knives include round blades and straight knives, etc., which can be selected according to different materials and slitting requirements.
The stability and accuracy of the knife holder are also very important, which ensures that the knife maintains the correct position and angle during the slitting process.
3. Rewinding part:
It consists of a rewinding frame and a tension control system. Similar to the unwinding part, the rewinding tension control system ensures that the slit material is neatly wound on the rewinding roller.
Some automatic slitting machines are also equipped with an automatic roll changing device. When a roll of material is slit, it can automatically switch to a new rewinding roller to achieve continuous production.
4. Control system:
It is the brain of the automatic slitting machine, usually using advanced PLC control system or touch screen control system. The operator can set slitting parameters such as slitting width, speed, tension, etc. through the control system, and monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time.
Some high-end control systems also have fault diagnosis and automatic adjustment functions, which can promptly detect and solve problems in equipment operation and improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.
