1. Adjust the delivery baffle to a proper distance (achieved by tightening the knob located under the delivery baffle). Load the perforated coated paper roll into the paper feeder, pass the paper through the paper shaft and press it with the first rubber roller, adjust the two ends of the slitting machine roller to adjust the handwheel to the appropriate pressure (the clockwise pressure is small, Otherwise, it is bigger), and then turn on the electrical knob to adjust the speed from slow to fast, and use the speed difference between the fast and slow rollers to separate the coated paper.
2. Adjust the paper conveying belt (any one is acceptable) to align the rewinder with the perforated side of the laminated paper roll. Depending on the size of the paper to be cut, adjust the hand wheel on the operating surface to make the distance between the two sets of paper pressing rubber rollers appropriate. (Oscillate the two rollers clockwise to make the distance smaller, and vice versa.) Install the bevel wheel to the perforated side of the laminated paper roll and adjust the angle.
