1. Motor Bearing Temperature Standards
Rolling bearings: Maximum temperature should not exceed 95℃, temperature rise (bearing temperature minus ambient temperature) should not exceed 55℃.
Sliding bearings: Maximum temperature should not exceed 80℃, temperature rise should not exceed 40℃.
General recommendation: Bearing temperature should be kept below 80℃ during normal operation. If it exceeds 90℃, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
2. Ambient Temperature Requirements
The storage temperature of aluminum foil needs to be controlled according to humidity. For example, when the humidity is 60%, the indoor temperature should not exceed 10℃. However, this data is for storage conditions and is not directly related to the equipment operating temperature.
3. Precautions
Abnormal temperatures may be caused by bearing damage, poor lubrication, or installation problems, and require regular inspection.
When measuring, pay attention to positional differences; the outer ring temperature of the bearing is usually 15-20℃ higher than the casing temperature.
