1. Automatic Feeding: The large roll of raw paper is supported by an unwinding frame and automatically fed into the equipment. Some models are equipped with a pneumatic feeding device, capable of handling weights exceeding 500 kg.
2. Synchronous Conveying and Tension Control: Smooth paper transport is achieved through a traction roller and wide belt system. A variable frequency speed control and high-precision tension control system ensure the paper web does not slack or break during operation.
3. Embossing and Perforation (Suitable for Toilet Paper Rewinding): The paper undergoes embossing rollers to create patterns, improving softness and aesthetics. Some machines integrate a spiral perforation device, allowing for adjustable line spacing for point-to-point or continuous perforation.
4. Slitting and Trimming: The longitudinal knife system slits the entire sheet of raw paper into the required width and automatically trims rough edges, ensuring neat edges.
5. Rewinding and Forming: Automatic rewinding is performed using an air-expanding shaft, supporting both cored and coreless products. Combined with wrinkle-removing rollers and a pressing function, it ensures neat winding and consistent tightness.
6. Fixed-Length Cutting and Shutdown: Automatic cutting according to set lengths, equipped with an infrared counting device and an automatic blade sharpening system, enabling continuous production.
Throughout the entire process, the equipment is uniformly coordinated by a PLC programmable controller, combined with a touchscreen human-machine interface for programmed operation. It features forward and reverse rotation, static elimination, automatic tension taper control, and other functions to ensure efficient and stable operation.
