2. Traction device:
Traction roller: usually composed of multiple rollers, its function is to clamp the material drawn from the unwinding device and convey it forward. The surface of the traction roller is usually coated with materials such as rubber or polyurethane to increase the friction between the material and prevent the material from slipping during traction.
Drive system: Provide power to the traction roller so that it can rotate at a stable speed. The drive system is generally composed of a motor, a reducer, a coupling, etc. The motor provides the original power, the reducer is used to reduce the output speed of the motor and increase the torque to meet the power demand of the traction roller, and the coupling is used to connect the motor and the reducer with the traction roller to ensure the smooth transmission of power.
3. Rewinding device:
Rewinding roller: It is one of the core components of the Reversible Rewinding Machine and is used to rewind the material into a roll. The surface of the rewinding roller is usually very smooth to ensure that the surface of the wound material is flat. The diameter and length of the rewinding roller will be designed according to the specifications of the rewinding machine and the size of the material being processed. 4. Rewinding device:
Rewinding shaft: used to collect the rewound material roll, its structure is similar to the unwinding shaft, and it is a hollow shaft structure. One end of the rewinding shaft is usually connected to a drive device to drive the material roll to rotate during the rewinding process to realize the rewinding function.
Tension control system: Similar to the tension control system of the unwinding device, the rewinding device also needs to be equipped with a tension control system to ensure the stability of the material tension during the rewinding process, thereby ensuring the quality and tightness of the finished roll.
5. Control system:
Electrical control system: includes various electrical components, such as PLC (programmable logic controller), frequency converter, contactor, relay, etc. PLC is the core of the control system, responsible for receiving signals from various sensors, such as tension sensors, position sensors, etc., and controlling various parts of the rewinder according to preset programs, such as motor start and stop, speed adjustment, tension control, etc. The frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of the motor to meet different rewinding speed requirements.
Operation interface: Provides a human-computer interaction interface for operators, usually consisting of a display screen and operation buttons. The operator can set the parameters of the rewinding machine through the operation interface, such as rewinding speed, tension, forward and reverse switching time, etc., and can also monitor the operating status of the rewinding machine in real time.
Frame: It is the supporting structure of the Reversible Rewinding Machine, which is used to install and fix various components. The structure of the frame needs to have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the various forces and vibrations generated by the rewinding machine during operation.
