1. Stop the machine immediately

2. Preliminary inspection
Determine the source of the sound: Listen carefully to the source of the sound to determine whether the abnormal sound is from the mechanical parts, electrical system or hydraulic system.
Check common parts:
Spindle and bearings: Check whether the spindle is well lubricated and whether the bearings are worn or loose.
Tools and knife shafts: Check whether the tools are firmly installed and whether the knife shafts are dynamically unbalanced.
Transmission parts: Check whether the transmission parts such as gears, belts, and chains are loose or worn.
Hydraulic system: Check whether the hydraulic oil level is normal and whether the hydraulic pump is abnormal.
3. Specific problem troubleshooting
According to the type of abnormal sound, carry out targeted troubleshooting:
High-frequency howling or sharp sound: It may be spindle bearing damage, abnormal gear meshing or inverter parameter imbalance. Check the spindle lubrication system and manually rotate the spindle to check for abnormal noise.
Dull "buzzing" sound: It may be that the motor is overloaded or the bearing is damaged. Check the motor current and load, and touch the vibration source to confirm the problem location.
Rhythmic "clicking" sound: It may be that the coupling is loose or the gap between the screw nut is too large. Check the mechanical connection part and measure the reverse clearance.
Irregular airflow sound: It may be a gas leak. Apply soapy water to the suspected joints and pipes to find bubbles.
Periodic friction sound: It may be that the guide rail protective cover is deformed or there is too much internal debris. Clean the inside of the protective cover and adjust the relevant parts.
4. Professional maintenance
If you cannot solve the problem yourself, you should contact professional maintenance personnel for inspection and maintenance. While waiting for maintenance, record the characteristics and frequency of abnormal sounds so that maintenance personnel can quickly locate the problem.
5. Preventive measures
In order to avoid similar problems from happening again, it is recommended:
Regular maintenance: Regularly check and replace wearing parts such as tools, bearings, belts, etc.
Operation training: Ensure that operators are familiar with the operating specifications and safety precautions of the equipment.
Environmental optimization: Keep the equipment operating environment clean and stable to prevent dust and foreign matter from entering the equipment.
