Working process of automatic slitting machine

1. Loading:
Install the roll of material to be slit on the unwinding rack, and set the initial tension and other parameters through the control system.
2. Unwinding:
Start the unwinding motor, and the material is smoothly unwound under the action of the tension control system. The unwinding speed can be adjusted according to the slitting requirements.
3. Slitting:
The material passes through the slitting part, and the tool slits according to the set width under the command of the control system. During the slitting process, the control system monitors the position and status of the tool in real time to ensure the slitting accuracy.
4. Rewinding:
The narrow width material after slitting is collected through the rewinding part. The rewinding motor neatly winds the material on the rewinding roller according to the set tension and speed. When a roll of material is slit, the automatic roll changing device starts and switches to the new rewinding roller to continue production.
5. Unloading:
When the production task is completed, the slit material roll is removed from the rewinding rack for subsequent processing or packaging.
