Description
High-speed rewinding machine for rewinding of various types of label paper and roll materials such as BOPP/ CPP/ PET/ PE/ composite film/aluminized film.
Features
1. Traction drive - Traction roller is driven by iverter motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.
2. Traction roller - Traction roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, no vibration source, fits for wider range material and high-speed application.
3. Traction press roller - Traction press roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction press roller rising and falling, adjustable pressure.
4. Measure length - The built-in encoder measures the material length and has the advantages of high precision and high resolution. Considering the production process requirements, the program design has the functions of accumulative meter and arrival number automatic shutdown.
