Features
Traction drive: The traction roller is driven by the variable frequency motor, and the arc tooth synchronous belt pulley transmits the torque. The characteristic is that the arc tooth synchronous belt wheel has low transmission noise, large transmission torque and small power loss.
Traction roller: The traction roller is made of rubber roller as the material. After dynamic and static balance correction, it is characterized by stable operation and no vibration source. It is suitable for a wider range of materials and high-speed applications.
Traction pressure roller: The traction roller adopts rubber roller as the material. After dynamic and static balance correction, the traction roller is lifted and controlled by pneumatic control, and the pressure is adjustable.
Meter: The proximity switch receives the signal and accurately measures the material length. It has the advantages of high precision and high resolution. Considering the production process requirements, the program design has the functions of accumulative meter counting and automatic shutdown.
