Description:
KWF-E is suitable for the cutting of roll materials such as BOPP/ CPP/ PET/ PE/ soft aluminum composite film/ aluminized film. The machine is controlled by PLC and driven by imported servo motor.
Machine Structure:
The machine wall panel thickness is 50mm with high strength and low stress. It is stable after twice stress relieving.
1. NSK bearings are adopted in all spinning parts.
2. All machine units are processed in CNC machine center in Kesheng.
3. Emergency stop button and pull wire switch are installed on operation side.
4. Misoperation or error will warning both on control panel and warning siren.
5. Balancing of is minimized for all components to accordance high speed.
