Description:
This machine is equipped with waste variable collection machine, which helps the workshop to be clean, winding and unwinding on both sides of the machine. It is suitable for the slitting of plastic film such as PET, BOPP, PE, PVC and composite film, and the mechanical speed is 450m/min.
Features:
1. Traction drive - Traction roller is driven by servo motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.
2. Web guiding - Adopting imported analog web guiding system, tracking material edge or printed line, with electrical fine tuning function, it allows machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
3. Slitting method: adopting flat knife cutting, slitting in the air or groove slitting can be chose according to different materials.
