Vertical high-speed slitting machine with waste edge collection, using Yaskawa inverter, 4 motor structure, suitable for slitting of plastic film, such as BOPP, PET, PE, PVC, etc.
Features:
1. Control - The control system of this machine is controlled centrally by Panasonic PLC of Japan. According to the requirements of slitting process, the parameters are set by the touch screen and the working status is monitored.Interface - 10 sets of parameters can be saved for application, easy for operators to read and use, reducing setting time and improving efficiency.
2. Rewinding method - Side arm type winding and unloading, with 3 inch pneumatic differential slip shaft, by pneumatic system drive automatic radial friction adjustment, offset tension changing caused by rewinding diameter changing, achieving automatic taper control.
