Description
High-speed rewinding inspection machine with light box and camera can be used for rewinding and inspection of various plastic film and composite film. The maximum speed is 300m/min, which can be operated in both directions.

1. Winding tension detection: pressure sensor detects tension, Automatic calculation and control by PLC according to the set value
2. Direction of rotation: The winding station can be used as a unwinding station, and the winding in the forward and reverse directions changes according to the needs of the product.
3. Measure length - the measuring length is directly converted by the pulse signal of build-in encoder of servo motor, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.
