Burrs on the cut edge and uneven cuts are often caused by dull blades or improper blade clearance; fault code 7011 indicates an issue with the cutter positioning sensor.
2. Conveying and Drive System Faults
Conveyor belt misalignment, loss of tension control, and motor stoppage or abnormal speed (indicated by fault code 32) can lead to uneven winding and aluminum foil wrinkling.
3. Electrical and Tracking Faults
Deviations in photoelectric tracking cause the slitting position to shift, while sensor errors or relay failures trigger equipment alarms and shutdowns.
4. Surface Quality Faults
Surface scratches, indentations caused by aluminum dust, and edge misalignment are frequently caused by jammed guide rollers, worn winding shafts, or aluminum dust adhering to the blades.
