1. First, drive the pull-axle trolley to the middle position of the gantry crane to facilitate the lifting of the gantry crane.
2. The main operator lifts the upper and lower material support hooks, opens the coiling cone head, then lowers the material support hook, and uses the feeding device to send the coiling shaft out of the machine.
3. The assistant takes the foam pads to block the two sides of the roll, and the assistant operator drives the trolley and the assistant lifts the rolled up and down rolls on the pull-out trolley and puts them away.
4. After the coiling material is rolled down, the assistant assists the assistant operator to hoist the upper and lower coiling shafts that have been installed with the tube core to the feeding device for clamping, and continue to start the machine by threading the tape.
