Reduced cutting accuracy: This is usually caused by worn or incorrectly installed cutting blades. Replace or reinstall the cutting blades.
2. Material Handling Issues
Uneven or wrinkled strip surface: This is often caused by uneven tension or excessive cutting speed. Adjust the tension or reduce the speed.
Scratches on the film surface: Check if the film conveyor shaft rotates freely and if the rubber rollers have scratches or burrs. Replace bearings, add lubricant, or repair the rollers promptly.
3. Equipment Operation Issues
Excessive machine noise or severe vibration: This may be due to loose or damaged parts. Check and tighten or replace them. Unable to start: Check if the main power is on and if the power supply and panel functions are normal.
Tape wrinkling: Adjust the unfolding roller angle to eliminate wrinkling during unfolding or feeding.
Inaccurate positioning: Check the pneumatic brake system to ensure the tape stops instantly when the machine stops.
4. Winding problems
Uneven winding: Check if the paper core is suitable and if the winding tension is adjusted correctly.
Wrinkled material during winding: Adjust the tension or use a pressure roller.
5. Other problems
Inaccurate meter counting: Check if the sensor is sensitive and if the wiring is normal.
Safety protection system malfunction: If the emergency stop button or photoelectric sensor is faulty, its function needs to be tested regularly.
