I. Safety First
Protective Equipment: Wear cut-resistant gloves, goggles, and earplugs. Long hair must be tucked into a work cap, and all jewelry must be removed.
Environmental Inspection: Clean the work area, ensuring it is free of debris, and check the equipment status.
II. Operating Procedures
1. Start-up Preparation:
Check the equipment before powering it on. Run it at low speed for 3-5 minutes as a test run.
Check the slitting parameters and adjust the temperature control system (if applicable).
2. Feeding and Film Threading:
Retrieve the master roll according to the schedule and clamp the steel core.
Use the film threading device to evenly distribute the film on each roller.
3. Parameter Settings:
Set the cutting speed, pressure, and angle according to the material.
Adjust the unwinding and rewinding tension to prevent material deformation.
4. Operation and Monitoring:
Start the machine and gradually increase the speed from low to the operating speed.
Regularly check the slitting edge quality and monitor the equipment status.
5. Receiving and Shutdown:
After rewinding, unload the film, cut and attach the film roll.
Turn off the power and air supply, and clean the equipment.
III. Maintenance and Upkeep
Daily Cleaning: Clean key parts such as guide rails and blades daily.
Regular Inspection: Inspect the transmission system monthly and calibrate the control system quarterly.
Professional Maintenance: Conduct a comprehensive annual overhaul to ensure equipment performance.
