1. Check the Status of the Rewinding Tension Controller
Check if the rewinding tension controller switch is on. If not, start it immediately.
If there is still no tension after turning it on, increase the output current to increase tension.
2. Check the Speed Controller Setting
A speed controller that is too low will result in insufficient traction. Gradually increase the operating speed to above 30 meters per minute and observe if it starts running.
3. Perform a System Reset
Failure to press the reset button may cause control lock. Press the reset buttons on both the unwinding and rewinding tension controllers and then try restarting.
4. Verify the Functionality of the Start Button
Check if the start button is malfunctioning or has poor contact. Replace it if damaged.
5. Troubleshoot Tension Matching Issues
Excessive unwinding tension may inhibit material movement. Appropriately reduce the unwinding tension output current to ensure coordinated unwinding and rewinding tension.
6. Diagnose Core Component Faults
If the above steps are ineffective, the problem may be a hardware fault in the tension controller or speed controller. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer for repair.
