1. Check the winding tension controller
Confirm that the winding tension controller is turned on. If not, turn it on immediately.
If the tension is too low, increase the output current to improve the winding pull.
2. Adjust the speed controller speed
A low speed controller speed will result in insufficient traction. Gradually increase the operating speed to the normal production range (usually 30-200 meters/minute).
3. Perform a reset operation
Failure to press the reset button may cause the system to lock. Press the reset buttons on both the unwinding and winding tension controllers to restart.
4. Check the unwinding tension setting
Excessive unwinding tension can easily break the material. Appropriately reduce the output current of the unwinding tension controller to match the winding tension.
5. Troubleshoot hardware faults
Check if the run button is damaged. Replace it if it is malfunctioning.
If the above operations are ineffective, the tension controller or speed controller itself may be faulty. It is recommended to contact the equipment manufacturer for professional repair.
