How to use the Rewinding machine?

1. Preparation
Equipment inspection
Check whether all parts of the rewinder are intact. Check whether the unwinding frame, reel, transmission parts (such as belts, chains, etc.) are damaged, loose or deformed. For example, check whether the belt is cracked or severely worn (if the belt wear exceeds 1/3 of the original thickness, it needs to be replaced); check whether the chain links are broken or over-elongated (if the chain elongation exceeds 5% of the original length, it needs to be adjusted or replaced).
Check the electrical system, including whether the wires are damaged, whether the plugs have good contact, and whether the buttons and indicators on the control panel are working properly.
Material preparation
Prepare suitable raw materials according to the specifications and production requirements of the rewinder. Check the quality of the raw materials, such as whether the paper is damaged or wrinkled, and whether the film has scratches and bubbles. Ensure that the specifications of the raw materials (such as width, thickness, length, etc.) meet the processing range of the rewinder.
2. Equipment debugging
Parameter setting
According to the characteristics of the raw materials and the rewinding requirements, set the rewinding speed, tension and other parameters on the control panel. For example, for thinner paper (less than 0.1 mm thick), the rewinding speed can generally be set at 50-100 meters per minute; for thicker paper (greater than 0.5 mm thick), the speed can be appropriately reduced to 30-50 meters per minute. The setting of tension should be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the material. Generally speaking, the tension of thinner materials is relatively small, and the tension of thicker materials is relatively large.
Adjust the position and pressure of the reel to ensure that the reel can smoothly wind the material and the winding tightness is uniform.
Trial run
Start the rewinder for trial run, observe whether the equipment runs smoothly, and whether the material can be smoothly transferred from the unwinding rack to the reel for winding. Check the quality of the winding, such as whether the material has wrinkles, offsets, looseness, etc. If problems are found, adjust the parameters or check the equipment components in time.
3. Formal production
Start the equipment
After confirming that there are no problems in the trial run, officially start the rewinder for production. During the production process, pay close attention to the operating status of the equipment, including whether the current and voltage of the motor are stable, whether there are abnormal noises in the transmission parts (such as clicks, hums, etc.), and the winding quality of the material.
Pay attention to the winding situation to ensure that the winding is uniform and the edges of the material are neat. If there are problems such as wrinkles and looseness in the winding, the tension or the pressure of the reel can be adjusted appropriately.
Quality inspection
Regularly check the quality of the rewound material, and the inspection items include the dimensional accuracy of the material, the tightness of the winding, the flatness of the material, etc. For example, take a section of the rewound material every 10-15 minutes for measurement and inspection.
According to the quality inspection results, adjust the equipment parameters or perform equipment maintenance in time to ensure the stability of product quality.
4. Equipment shutdown
Normal shutdown
When the production task is completed or production needs to be suspended, stop unwinding first, let the equipment continue to run, until all the materials pass through the rewinding area, and then stop the rewinding and winding devices in turn.
Turn off the power of the equipment, and clean and maintain the equipment, such as cleaning the residual material on the reel and checking the wear of the equipment components.
