I. Safety Shutdown Procedures
1. The power supply to the equipment must be disconnected when the machine is not in operation to avoid accelerating component aging due to prolonged power supply.
2. When not in operation, cover the galvanometer protective cover (for laser models) to prevent dust contamination of the optical lenses.
3. The circuit is under high voltage when the equipment is in operation. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from starting the machine for maintenance. In case of an emergency, immediately press the emergency stop button and then disconnect the power supply.
II. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
1. After each cutting operation, promptly clean the worktable and blade edges to remove accumulated aluminum shavings. Any aluminum shavings that have splashed into the equipment must be removed to prevent short circuits.
2. Do not place other items on the equipment to ensure proper heat dissipation and prevent high temperatures from damaging internal components.
3. Protect the surrounding environment from dust and moisture to reduce the probability of corrosion and contamination of precision electronic and optical components.
III. Lubrication and Maintenance of Moving Parts
1. Regularly check the lubrication system's oil reservoir to ensure sufficient cooling oil, ensuring smooth lubrication and cooling, and maintaining stable cutting quality.
2. Regularly apply lubricant to the support rod, pressure frame ring, and connecting rod front and rear axles to prevent component jamming.
3. After cleaning impurities from the guide rail area, regularly lubricate to prevent rust and wear, ensuring stable feeding accuracy.
IV. Regular Accuracy Inspection
Even if no obvious abnormalities are found, an accuracy calibration should be performed after six months of continuous operation to eliminate minor deviations in advance; update the blade compensation parameters promptly after replacing the saw blade to ensure dimensional accuracy meets requirements.
