Description:

4 motor high-speed slitting machine, mechanical speed up to 500m / min, suitable for most plastic film and composite film slitting, PLC control machine operation, equipped with a circular knife system.

Features:

1. Unwinding tension detection - Achieving unwinding tension detection by a rotary encoder, two tension sensors and a tension amplifier with a horizontal installed magnetic powder brake. Magnetic powder brake output torque to make film generate certain amount of tension, ensuring the appropriate film tensity.

2. Measure length - the measuring length is directly converted by the pulse signal of build-in encoder of servo motor, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.

3. Slitting method: adopting flat knife cutting, slitting in the air or groove slitting can be chose according to different materials. Knife can swing up and down so that the knife can use longer,reduce cost. Sove the unfairness of material because of the heating and wear of knife.
