Vertical high-speed slitting machine, suitable for aluminum-plastic composite and packaging pure aluminum foil roll material cutting, using surface curling cutting method, unwinding diameter 1000mm, winding diameter 600mm, mechanical speed 250m/min.
Features:
1. The machine wall panel thickness is 50mm with high strength and low stress. It is stable after twice stress relieving.
2. NSK bearings are adopted in all spinning parts.
3. All machine units are processed in CNC machine center in Kesheng.
4. Emergency stop button and pull wire switch are installed on operation side.
5. Misoperation or error will warning both on control panel and warning siren.
