Description:
This is a special aluminum foil and aluminum-plastic composite film slitting machine with a mechanical speed of 200m/min and an effective width of 1000mm. It is equipped with a hydraulic lifting function and is slit with round knifes.
Features:
1. Unwinding method - Stationary reeler, single side cylinder feeding, electric wire rod to adjust the width of the reeler, 3 "/6" mechanical clamps to support the reeler.
2. Measure length: the measuring length is directly converted by the pulse signal of build-in encoder of servo motor, with high precision and high resolution, accumulative measuring length, and automatic stop to the number.
3. Control - Closed-loop controlled by PLC by preset operating parameters on interface and monitor.
