Features

4.1 Unwinding Unit

Ø  Unwinding chuck –The coil is clamped by a shaftless mechanical gas cone, and the unwinding width is manually adjusted.

Ø  Web guiding - Adopting imported analog web guiding system, tracking material edge or printed line, with electrical fine tuning function, it allows machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Ø  Adjusting device - Unwinding aluminum guiding roller has front and back adjusting devices, make material to the full extent of paralleling with guiding roller in order to ensure the rewinding accuracy and quality.

Ø  Unwinding tension detection - Two tension sensors, combined with a laterally mounted brake, achieve unwinding tension, and the tension control system adjusts the output torque to create a certain tension in the film.

Ø  Unwinding control - There are functions like start, stop, speed control and unwinding tension adjusting, synchronize with rewinding part, displaying machine speed, unwinding tension, rewinding tension, rewinding length.

4.2 Traction Unit

Ø  Traction drive - Traction roller is driven by inverter motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.

Ø  Traction roller - Traction roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, the feature is stable operation, no vibration source, fits for wider range material and high-speed application.

Ø  Traction press roller - Traction press roller is rubber roller, after dynamic and static balancing correction, pneumatic control for traction press roller rising and falling, adjustable pressure.

Ø  Measure length - The built-in encoder of the motor accurately measures the length of the material, and has the advantages of high precision and high resolution. Considering the requirements of the production process, the program design has the functions of accumulative meter counting and automatic shutdown.

4.3 Slitting Unit                                                                                

Ø  Slitting method: adopting flat knife cutting, slitting in the air or groove slitting can be chose

Ø  Groove roller - Groove roller after anodic treatment to enhance rigidity and quality, specification is groove width 2mm and groove stem 1mm to fit for different kinds of materials.

Ø  Knife holder quantity - Standard 8knife holders with scale, easy for changing.

Ø  Cutter protection: Install a safety shield on the cutter section of the machine.

4.4Trim Unit

Ø  Edge material treatment –This machine is equipped with a motor blowing device, which can cooperate with the guiding pipe to make the material edge blow out smoothly.

Ø  Trimming edge rewinding machine (Optional part) - independent device. The same speed up / down with main machine, it could collect trimming edge to keep the workshop clean and tidy.（suit for winding plastic film. ）

4.5 Rewinding Unit

Ø  Rewinding method - Side arm winding and unloading, the reel is standard with a 3-inch aerodynamic slip shaft.

Ø  Rewinding drive - Rewinding is driven by 2sets of motor, arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, larger torque, less power loss.

Ø  Auxiliary press roller - Eliminate occurring air by its weight; ensure rewinding quality of large thickness deviation and multi stripe of narrow film. There are 2 sets of auxiliary press roller on each of rewinding shafts, specification is two 550mm and one 800mm rubber rollers. (The roller length can be customized).

4.6 Drive and control

Ø  Drive - The drive part is driven by a high-performance variable frequency motor, featuring high precision, stable operation and easy installation.

Ø  Control - Closed-loop controlled by PLC by preset operating parameters on interface and monitor.

Ø  Interface - 10 sets of parameters can be saved for application, easy for operators to read and use, reducing setting time and improving efficiency.

Ø  Circuit layout - All circuits are enclosed laid to minimize human operate error.

Ø  Pneumatic components - The selection and designing of pneumatic components is well considered, all electrical and pneumatic components are domestic and overseas famous brands due to the machine function have many automation and control.

4.7 Machine Structure

Ø  The machine wall panel thickness is 40mm with high strength and low stress. It is stable after twice stress relieving.

Ø  NSK bearings are adopted in all spinning parts.

Ø  All machine units are processed in CNC machine center in Kesheng.

Ø  All transmission parts of the unit are built-in or equipped with a protective cover.

Ø  An emergency stop button is installed at the operation of the unit.

4.8 Other features

Ø  Static Eliminators (optional) - Static Eliminator can be installed on machine as per customer’s option.

Ø  Offloading Unit - The machine has its own unloading rack. After slitting, the finished roll can be unloaded to the unloading rack. After rotating the arms, it is convenient to unload the material so as to reduce working intensity, labor and loss.
