Features:

1. Adjusting device - Unwinding aluminum guiding roller has front and back adjusting devices, make material to the full extent of paralleling with guiding roller in order to ensure the rewinding accuracy and quality.

2. Unwinding tension detection - Achieving unwinding tension detection by a rotary encoder, two tension sensors and a tension amplifier with a horizontal installed magnetic powder brake. Magnetic powder brake output torque to make film generate certain amount of tension,ensuring the appropriate film tensity.

3. Slitting method: adopting flat knife cutting, slitting in the air or groove slitting can be chose according todifferent materials. Knife can swing up and down so that the knife can use longer, reduce cost.Sove the unfairness of material because of the heating and wear of knife.
