I. Repair of Dimensional Accuracy Issues
1. Servo Motor Failure: If the feeding accuracy deviation is too large and parameter calibration is ineffective, directly replace the servo motor with one of the corresponding specifications.
2. Lead Screw/Guide Rail Wear: Use an inside dial indicator to check the wear clearance. Adjust the clearance and tighten the bolts if correctable. Replace the component directly if the wear exceeds the tolerance.
3. Accuracy Drift: Install a temperature compensation system, combined with laser width measurement closed-loop feedback, to control fluctuations within ±0.05mm.
II. Repair of Shape Cutting Issues
1. Perpendicularity Deviation: Recalibrate the table and backrest positions, adjusting to a 90° angle, and tighten the fixing bolts to lock them in place.
2. Saw Blade Causing Poor Accuracy: Reinstall and align the new saw blade. Replace worn saw blades with special alloy blades adapted for aluminum foil.
3. Table Wear: Replace the polyurethane board and bakelite board on the worktable. Clean the table surface of aluminum shavings to ensure a flat surface.
III. Tension Correction Issues and Repair
1. Large Tension Fluctuations: Calibrate the tension sensor, update the tension curve parameters to suit the aluminum foil, and eliminate tensile deformation.
2. Correction Lag Deviation: Clean the correction sensor, calibrate the detection position, correct the lead screw guide clearance, and ensure timely correction response.
