I. Roll not rotating or broken
Possible causes:
* Rewind tension controller not turned on;
* Speed controller speed too low;
* Reset button not pressed;
* Rewind tension too low or unwind tension too high;
* Damaged run button or malfunctioning tension/speed controller.
Solutions:
* Turn on the rewind tension controller switch;
* Increase the speed controller speed;
* Press the reset button on both tension controllers;
* Increase the rewind tension output current or decrease the unwind tension output current;
* Replace the damaged part, contact the manufacturer if necessary.
II. Uneven roll
Possible causes:
* The original roll itself is not neat;
* Paper core is uneven or deformed;
* Bearing or shaft damaged;
* Unevenness only at the beginning is normal.
Solutions:
* Arrange the original roll to ensure it is neat;
* Inspect and replace defective paper cores;
* Check for abnormal bearing noise and replace them promptly;
* For shaft damage, contact the manufacturer.
III. Speed Controller Not Displaying
Possible Causes:
Power not connected or circuit breaker not turned on;
Network cable detached or damaged;
Power switch damaged;
Speed controller itself malfunctioning.
Solutions:
Connect power and turn on the circuit breaker;
Check and replace the network cable;
Replace the switch;
Contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
IV. Abnormal Equipment Vibration and Noise
Possible Causes:
Bearing wear or insufficient lubrication;
Misalignment of transmission components;
Roller dynamic imbalance;
Loose anchor bolts.
Solutions:
Regular lubrication using specified lubricant;
Use a laser alignment instrument for calibration;
Perform dynamic balancing annually;
Check fastener condition weekly.
V. Burrs or Blade Marks on Cutting Edges
Possible Causes:
Blade dulling or incorrect installation angle;
Improper blade clearance;
Material and blade type mismatch;
Incoordination between operating speed and cutter shaft speed.
Solutions: Regularly inspect and replace blades; Adjust blade clearance to 10-15% of material thickness; Use specialized blades (e.g., flat blades for film, round blades for paper); Optimize the ratio of slitting speed to blade shaft speed.
VI. Other Typical Problems
Paper pressure roller vibration: Clean or replace the proportional valve, check the top core bearing, adjust the guide rail clearance, replace worn copper bushings, etc.
Paper core being pushed in: Check the flexibility of the ejector pin, replace the spring or add lubricating oil.
Automatic tube feeding failure: Try manual tube feeding, online blade modification, or adjust the width ±1-2mm and then reset.
⚠️ Important Note: All maintenance operations must be performed after power and gas are turned off and a warning sign is hung.
For electrical systems or complex faults, they should be handled by qualified personnel to avoid secondary damage.
