What items need to be checked before operating the Rewinding machine?

1. Equipment appearance and mechanical parts
Check the appearance of the equipment:
Make sure there is no obvious damage, deformation or loose parts on the surface of the equipment.
Check whether the protective devices of the equipment are intact, such as protective covers, guardrails, etc.
Check mechanical parts:
Check whether all mechanical parts are firmly installed, including rollers, blades, gears, belts, etc.
Check whether the blades are sharp, damaged or worn, and replace them if necessary.
Check whether the surface of the roller is flat, whether there are foreign objects or damage.
Check the tightness of the belt to ensure that it will not slip or break during operation.
2. Electrical system
Check the power connection:
Make sure that the power connection is correct and the voltage and frequency meet the requirements of the equipment.
Check whether the power cord is worn, aged or damaged, and replace it in time if there is any problem.
Check the control panel:
Make sure that the buttons, switches and indicator lights on the control panel are working properly.
Check whether the emergency stop button is sensitive and reliable.
Check the motor and electrical parts:
Check whether the motor is firmly installed and whether the motor casing is damaged.
Check whether the motor is well grounded to avoid leakage accidents.
Check whether the lines in the electrical cabinet are neat and whether there is any looseness or short circuit.
3. Lubrication and cooling system
Check the lubrication system:
Ensure that the lubricating oil at all lubrication points is sufficient and clean, and replenish or replace it if necessary.
Check whether the oil pipes and oil pumps of the lubrication system are working properly and whether there is any oil leakage.
Check the cooling system:
If the equipment is equipped with a cooling system, check whether the coolant level is sufficient and whether the coolant is leaking.
Check whether the cooling fan is running normally and the radiator is clean to ensure that the cooling system can work properly.
4. Safety device
Check the emergency stop device:
Ensure that the emergency stop button can work properly and the equipment can stop running immediately when the button is pressed.
Check the protective device:
Ensure that all protective devices (such as protective covers, guardrails, etc.) are firmly installed to effectively prevent operators from contacting moving parts.
Check the safety interlock device:
Ensure that the safety interlock device works properly, such as the equipment cannot be started when the protective cover is not closed.
5. Materials and work area
Inspect materials:
Make sure the materials to be rewound meet the requirements of the equipment and are free of damage, wrinkles or foreign matter.
Check whether the materials are placed in the correct position to ensure that the materials can enter the equipment smoothly.
Inspect the work area:
Make sure the work area is clean and free of debris, oil or water to avoid slips or trips.
Check whether the lighting in the work area is sufficient to ensure that the operator can clearly see the operating status of the equipment.
6. Other inspection items
Check the cleanliness of the equipment:
Make sure that the inside and outside of the equipment are clean, free of dust, paper scraps or other debris, especially the vents and radiators of the equipment.
Check the operating status of the equipment:
Before starting the equipment, perform a dry run test to check whether the operating sound of the equipment is normal and whether there is any abnormal vibration or noise.
Check the fasteners of the equipment:
Check whether all fasteners (such as screws, bolts, etc.) are firm and tighten them if necessary.
